Welcome
Beautiful dreamer, wake unto me,
Starlight and dewdrops are waiting for thee;
Sounds of the rude world heard in the day,
Lull'd by the moonlight have all pass'd away

Another highlight of my Jeju tour is the Teddy Bear Museum, a place where you get to see bears of various countries, time & themes & of different sizes. My main aim of course is to see the bears from Korean drama " Princess Hours" aka "Gong". The gift shop can burn a hole in your pocket if you are really into bears, so many products to buy.Hee I try hard to control myself. But the minus point is the place seems to not have aircon, feel a bit stuffy when viewing in the gallery. Alfred
Beatles Da Chang Jin
Then we experience a strange phenomenon at the "Mysterious Road" which our bus moved uphill with our engine turn off. However the road looks as though it is a downhill slope, really strange. Before our seafood steamboat dinner, we went to catch a glimpse of "Yong Duam Rock", which I not very interested in hee....A bit hungry, mind more on dinner.. Can you see the "dragon head" ? The tour of Jeju ended with our little shopping trip, I think the air there is fresh & feel relax to hang out. I like it;)

Our tour of Jeju started with yummy breakfast of abalone porridge( only got small pieces lah, don't have 1 whole hee). Then we head off for "Finding Nemo"- not through diving but was through riding inside a submarine like an explorer!! So exciting!! Tickets to under the sea
Say Hi to Mr Diver for luring the fish to us
Seaweed for cosmetic product
After being an adventurer 34m under the sea, now is time to go high up on land keke. To face a big challenge - climb Seongsan Sunrise Peak!! I almost cannot make it to the top haha as I'm a person seriously lacking exercise so you can tell my stamina is really lousy. I'm basically grasping for air when I come down but I'm glad I manage to conquer this hill. The view is really pretty ;) (dont think I climb again haha) StArt of challenge Mid way view Delicious lunch to replenish energy
Next up is Horse-riding, something I been wanting to try!! But when its our turn to ride, I can feel my hands turning cold hee...its a bit scary as there is no brake on the horse to use when you want to stop it. All the horses used for riding are female & mostly are pregnant, some even have their foal following them. The 1st round is just "walking", my black horse stopped for a little munch on the leaves & got scolded by its master. It gave a sudden gallop, my heart almost skip a beat haha. The 2nd round is suppose to be running but the horses at the front just continue to stroll, my horse wanted to cut lane but not enough space available. I worried it would crash into other horses. An unique experience, hope I can try again but need to bear with a bit of smell hee...

Can you tell what this is?? This is actually an abandoned railway tunnel but converted to become a Wine tunnel. It has the ability to keep a constant temperature of 15-16C all year round, so it is perfect for storing wine. The wine stored there is persimmon wine, I'm not a fan of drinking thus I cant tell you if it tastes good haha....but I did bought some dried persimmon to eat- that I must say is sweet & nice. Today is a history tour to see the olden days of Korea. After lunch we visited Cheomseongdae, the oldest astronomical observatory in Asia. It was used for observing the stars in order to forecast the weather. This was built under the order of an Empress so it has a wide bottom like "hip" of woman?? hee.... Got hit by LORRY before so a little slant How to climb inside?
Next is to see Bulguksa Temple- a test of determination & perseverance!! The steps are made of big stone block, in order to see the Gods of higher level, you have to climb to the halls located higher up. I find it very scary when coming down , there isn't really a railing to hold... And I made a wrong choice of wearing my slippers to walk the sandy rock path, end up got aching feet!!
Exterior view of temple Jeju aka "Honeymoon Island" is our next destination, to be reached by a 1 hr domestic flight. Can't wait to explore !! Here is where I taste the best seaweed soup.

After a buffet breakfast, we were ready to set off for yet another fun-filled day to Everland. Unfortunately it was a rainy day so we cannot play any of the rides & it was kind of troublesome to move around with the raincoat. But a little rain shouldn't stop us seeking fun hee... Firstly we head off for a safari adventure- to see lions, tigers, bears etc in their most natural behavior, to move around freely like really living in the wild. The most unique animal is Liger- a cross breed of lion & tiger, they are rare & only exist in Korea & USA. Bears were taught to perform simple tricks such as stand up or wave in return for a little snack thrown by the bus driver.
Bye Bye people, Hello food
After the ride, we went to catch the funny animals show & the sealion performance. It is interesting even if we cannot understand the narration of the story. Lovely flowers in the park
After a wet afternoon in the park, we are all super hungry- Korean BBQ is really great, yummy!! This is my favourite meal for the trip. Then we had to start off a long 3 hr ride to our next destination -Daegu. That night I got insomnia as I find the bed & pillow too hard to sleep. End up I try to lie on the floor haha...

Annyong Haseyo Korea!! On 1st June 2009, me, TKL & FM began our journey to the "Land of kimchi". It was really exciting to be able to see the things from Korean drama, to hear korean language around us & of course to try Korean food!! However if you are hoping to spot cute guys like Lee Min-Ho on the streets, be prepared to get disappointed, you don't really find any hee... As our tour guide mention, usually good-looking people will have go & become actors/singers liao....But if we want to look like celebrity, he can give us a recommendation for plastic surgeon.haha maybe when I save enough $$ lah. Our 1st meal upon arrival was Mac breakfast, according to our coffee expert Fm, she finds their coffee too "light". Then we were off for an early lunch- 部队火锅. This is invented by the American soldiers living in Korea, they simply added hotdog & ham to the usual soup to give it a more rich flavour, yum!!
After that we were off to pay a visit to Miss 大长今 at Daejanggeum Theme Park. The place was not as big as we thought & the houses are very similar so you can view the whole place in 15min if you not really into detail... keke but it does give a feel of stepping into the past.
Then we tried our hands at picking melon aka 香瓜 at a fruit farm, this is different from the melons we see in Singapore. It is a little hairy & sticky to touch. Hee what we ate was a bit hard & not really sweet, maybe it is too ripe liao??
We stayed at Phoenix Park Resort , a ski resort which is the filming location for "蓝色生死恋“, cool I love that show!! My 1st korean drama that I watched. As there is no snow, so no skiing but instead we had fun playing water at the Blue Canyon Water Theme Park- jacuzzi, so relaxing!! They had sauna too but you must be naked to go in haha no courage loh ... Display of the show
Meals always consist of many side dish

JJ Lin Junjie kicked started his brand new concert world tour at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on 28 Mar 2009. Finally we get the honour of being the 1st to watch haha!! JJ certainly didn't disappoint us with his nifty dance moves, touching ballads & his witty comments!! He is getting more humorous hee.... His version of "只对你有感觉“ to me is more "man" as compared to the original version which feels sweet keke..... Both versions are nice lah....(but I don really like By2 's new song- it sound weird..) One of the show's highlight is the appearance of Fan Fan, JJ looked really cheeky when he suggested to play "黑白猜" & either winning or loosing he still get to kiss or be kissed by her haha..... Their duet of “小酒窝”gives a different feeling, more like friend, less romantic hee... My favourite moment is the revealing of his birthday present which I think is absolutely heart-warming & super sweet. JJ's family appeared on stage & played various musical instrument, his dad even sang a verse of the song!! So touching!! O & a few lucky fans manage to find "cards" drawn by JJ under their seat!! So envy, why I'm not the lucky one hee....The most lucky female fan was invited on stage & got to sit beside JJ while he was playing the piano....OMG, its really lucky!! Even though there was no lyrics on screen but I managed to remember most of the them, so I must say JJ'S songs are really radio-friendly. I really like them. Look forward to more wonderful songs!! Hey JJ though I'm not in your fan club but I still support you !! All the best for all your other concerts, I'm sure they will be just as great!! But hope the "special " is just for Singapore ;)

My Valentine's day was spent with my best buddy Kl at Jurong point, I had fun shopping there, it is really big place. But its really too far so most properly wont be going there again so soon haha... Well our main motive for going so far was to see our home grown talent - JJ Lim !! I got him a small bag of cookies, hope he got eat lah hee....I look forward to his concert, to see how much he has progressed since 3 years ago ( thou his special guests I don really like keke)
Today went to sing our hearts out at kbox before heading to IMM for Yoga Lim's concert autograph session. The super hot weather make me very sleepy haha but still happy to meet Cute Yoga up close & personal lah....He is in quite a cheery mood (lucky hee) I had a post-it with my name on the ticket: Yoga: 你姓这个扬? Me: 不是,我姓吴 Yoga: 吴扬梅 Me: Hmm 对, 演唱会加油 Yoga: 好谢谢 (This very simple conversation is said in quite a monotone way haha for I'm tired or trying to imitate him hee )I think Yoga is like 'L' , a talented weird kid but cute in such a way!! Cant wait for 20 Feb to come faster, I'm sure it will be a music extravaganza.....His talent in singing is amazing....Those who have not got the ticket, go get it ....I'm sure it be entertaining!! That goes the same for JJ loh!!

WOW 2008 is going to say goodbye to us in a few hours later, I consider it quite a good & fun year!!How's yours?? Hope it is just as interesting. It has been very entertaining as I have attended 6 concerts: Jay Chou (Jan), Mayday(April), Nicholas Teo(May), Gary Chaw (July), Lee Hom (Nov) & Fahrenheit(Dec). This is quite an expensive entertainment but I dont regret going lah as I have enjoyed myself during these short 2 or 3 hours, screaming & shouting haha stress relieve. My all time favourite is Mayday, if you have never seen their concert it is a MUST GO!! It is really HIGH & total fun!! Woohoo they are coming again on 29 Aug 2009, go buy tickets lah!! I like the atmosphere at the stadium where lots of people juz sing together like a big party, different from watching dvd at home loh!! Well I'm looking forward to having a rocking fun time with Yoga & JJ & Mayday again in 2009, counting down hee ;) Besides concerts, another record I break is the numbers of movie I had watched this year- 24!! Keke lucky some are free if not I be very broke liao. I guess it is unavoidable that among the shows there will be some that seems a waste of time, this year "The Day the Earth Stood Still" aka "the day my time stood still" has topped my list. "12 Lotus" has also bored me to sleep mayb except the part Stefanie Sun appeared as Goddess, rare to see her act hee.... Of course another highlight is I visited HongKong again after 3 years!! Finally went to Disneyland, it may be smaller compared to others but I still think it is a magical place, love the firework- pretty!! Tried the Peak Tram, & the view from the Peak is spectacular!! HK is still just as fast paced & packed but I kind of like to hear people speak cantonese. Things have become more expensive so cant really shop a lot. The people are slim & have a good dress sense, so envy !! Maybe its because they have to do a lot of walking to get to places so more chances to exercise lah, there are quite many slopes to climb too. Haha I considered it quite a torture. Actually I went to Macau for a half day tour also, I find it special as the road signs are in Portuguese or Spanish?!. It give me a nothing to do feel!! The 2 HAPPIEST days are 30 March when I finally get to have a photo taken with my favourite Energy!! Hee my favourite Kunda stood beside me,heart beat like crazy!! 18 Dec was another extremely amazing wonderful day as I got selected to go on stage & played game with Calvin from Fahrenheit. Till now I still find it unbelievable that I got to be so near to them, hope there will be a next time lah haha..... Another high point is finally finish my bond, & be free. For my friends who have not, just hang on it be over before you know it !! It is a happy yet sad thing for me as that means I got to seriously consider my future, no more excuses to avoid liao.... In the new year, there will be less of us working in the same company, sad lah less people to share my grumble haha....But to my buddies who ventured out earlier than me- go earn BIG BUCKS & BUY ME LUNCH!!! haha Take care & JIA YOU !! Gonna missed working together but be sure to ask us out for fun loh... HOpe 2009 will be a PEACEFUL, HEALTHY & WONDERFUL year for all the people I loved!! Love u all muack muack ......

飞轮海“想入飞飞Fantansy Tour世界巡回演唱会” rocked Singapore Indoor Stadium at 8.30pm on 19 Dec 2008 to a crowd of 7000 screaming fans. I have enjoyed myself screaming like crazy haha. It was an entertaining show with 4 simply handsome Fahrenheit members belting out many of their popular hits. Complete with cool dance moves & spectacular fireworks. The 1 who impressed me most was Calvin who had 3 solo performances- Beat Box, DJ control & dance. He improved a lot, well done!! The rest of them also rocked the stage with Jiro on his guitar, Aaron on the piano & Chun on the drums. Our Chun also did a very difficult stunt by flying on the stage. Overall I really liked the show but maybe there is still a lot of room on improving their vocals. But all the hard work & effort they put in is still appreciated by the fans. To Chun, Jiro, Calvin & Aaron- thanks for a fun party, all the best for the rest of the world tour!! Come to Singapore again soon;)
